Policy Purpose

This policy determines Net Global's commitments to occupational health and safety and sets out our goals to ensure the safety of our employees, customers, subcontractors, suppliers and visitors. Our aim is to prevent occupational accidents and occupational diseases, fulfill legal requirements and ensure continuous improvement.

1. Legal Compliance

   We carry out all our occupational health and safety activities in accordance with the current legal legislation and regulations.
   We ensure that legal requirements and industry standards are regularly reviewed and updated and we do this continuously

   • We act proactively to continuously increase our Occupational Health and Safety performance.
   • We regularly assess and manage all risks in the workplace.
   • We take the necessary precautions to identify and control risks and put them into practice.
   • We adopt the goal of “Zero Work Accidents” and “Zero Occupational Diseases”.
2. Training and Awareness
   • We provide all employees with the necessary training on occupational health and safety.
   • Training ensures that employees recognize risks, learn safe working methods and know emergency procedures
3. Occupational Health and Safety Inspections
   • Occupational health and safety inspections are regularly carried out by an OHS specialist at our workplace and we take the necessary improvement measures according to the results of these inspections.
4. Emergency Management
   • We provide appropriate procedures and equipment for emergencies and organize emergency drills
   • We ensure that all employees are familiar with these procedures and that they act effectively in emergencies through drills and practices.
5. Health and Safety Resources
   • We allocate the necessary budget and resources to ensure the effective use of health and safety resources.
   • We regularly provide the highest quality equipment and materials required for the health and safety of our employees.
6. Participation and Communication:
   • We encourage the active participation of all employees in the implementation of occupational health and safety policies.
   • We ensure the formation of an occupational health and safety culture by ensuring that employees freely express their concerns and suggestions regarding occupational health and safety and convey their feedback through communication resources.
   • We encourage excellence and standardization through the sharing of knowledge and experience.
7. Continuous Improvement
   • We continuously review the effectiveness of our occupational health and safety practices and evaluate opportunities for improvement.
   • We regularly review policies, objectives and procedures and make necessary updates.
   • We follow global OHS practices.
