Selection and Placement Process

The main principle in the selection and placement process is to provide equal opportunities and advancement opportunities to those who have the competencies (knowledge, skills, behavior) required by the job and who will adopt and live the corporate culture, without any discrimination or privilege.

The selection and placement process at Net Global is carried out according to the rules in the Human Resources procedure. During the recruitment process, applications received from career portals, applications received through the website, individual applications and in-house candidate applications are evaluated and the determined candidates are invited to a preliminary interview.

Candidates who are evaluated positively after the preliminary interview; can be included in a competency-based interview such as language proficiency level, personality inventory and technical knowledge measurement, considering the need, level and area of ​​influence of the position. After the interview stage, if the candidate is suitable for the open position, an invitation is sent to the relevant unit director/manager for an interview. In case of a negative outcome of the process, it is essential to provide second feedback.

Candidates who successfully complete the steps mentioned above are invited to a final interview with the Human Resources Department together with the Manager and/or Director at the higher level of the potential position. Before this interview, a summary of previous evaluations and the results of the evaluation practices used, if any, are shared with the managers who will conduct the evaluation by the Human Resources Department.

Reference checks are carried out on candidates who are evaluated positively as a result of the interviews consisting of several steps (Department). Employees who start working are included in orientation trainings and their adaptation to the job is ensured.
