Net Global Industrial Investments Inc.'s basic human resources policy is shaped around the principle of "working in accordance with the principles of efficiency and profitability", the relevant legislation, the determined policies and our vision. Net Global Industrial Investments Inc.; has adopted the strategic goal of selecting, developing, evaluating and managing employees who are specialized in their fields and can present new initiatives in their fields by developing its contemporary and innovative corporate structure.

  • Purpose and Scope

    This policy has been prepared to regulate all processes related to Net Global's human resources management, increase employee satisfaction, encourage efficiency and support professional development. The policy is valid for all full-time, part-time, temporary and intern employees.

  • Recruitment Policy

    Net Global offers equal opportunities to all candidates in the recruitment process and absolutely rejects discrimination.     The company determines working hours in accordance with legal working hours. Leave rights such as annual leave, sick leave, and maternity leave are regulated in accordance with current labor laws and company policies.

  • Disciplinary Policy

    Employees are expected to exhibit appropriate behavior both inside and outside the company. It is mandatory to exhibit a respectful, ethical and professional attitude in the workplace. Inappropriate behaviors such as harassment, discrimination, theft, and misuse of company resources are absolutely unacceptable and require disciplinary action.
